It has been reported that the chancellor will commit £500m to renew job support programmes during his speech at the Conservative Party conference on Monday 4 October. It is also reported that the chancellor will announce extensions to employers’ apprenticeship incentives until January and an extension to the Kickstart scheme until March 2022.
