The ESFA has published version 1.8 of the Funding Information Service (FIS) release guide: 2019 to 2020, the offline tool for checking individualised learner record (ILR) data, and updated the FIS known issues log. It has also published the Submit Learner Data known issues 2020 to 2021 document.
