The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) has announced that 141 apprentices have been made redundant in Britain to date out of more than 10,800 contacted by the CITB. They have put mechanisms in place to support construction employers and apprentices at this time. They are urging construction employers not to dismiss any apprentices without first speaking to their apprenticeship team.
