FE Week has stated that it has seen documents that suggest that the Institute for Apprenticeships Funding Band review will lead to cuts in funding for standards in Management Apprenticeships, Hairdressing, Retail and Customer Service. Trailblazer groups, employers and providers are already lobbying against the anticipated cuts which are not yet confirmed as the outcome of the review hasn’t been officially announced by the IfA as it says it is giving the Trailblazer groups a window to respond to the recommendations.
