There was a cabinet reshuffle on 15 September which has resulted in Nadhim Zahawi being confirmed as the new Education Secretary, replacing Gavin Williamson. Also confirmed was that Gillian Keegan is no longer the Apprenticeship and Skills Minister, being replaced by Alex Burghart. Some sector comment on the appointments within the DfE is available here.
