The DfE has published guidance on which data collections, services or requests will be cancelled, paused or will continue in the 2019 to 2020 academic year to help reduce the burden on educational and care settings at this time. If you have any problems with completing returns that are still open, you can email managing.burdens@education.gov.uk. This guidance has also been added to the overall guidance collection for schools and educational settings. The guidance states that ILR data collection will continue, providers are asked to submit the return if they have the resources available to do so. Comment on this news can be read here.
