The government has published a paper prepared by the DfE for the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) on FE and HE which includes their policy objectives on reopening settings in September. Accompanying the paper is an analytical pack with relevant data. Also published is a paper on the risks associated with the reopening of education settings in September.
