The Department for Education has alas released its ministerial portfolios this week. The reshuffle has seen the introduction of Sam Gyimah as Minister of State for Higher Education, whilst Nadhim Zahawi’s portfolio as Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Children and Families puts key domestic policy areas such as social mobility under his remit.
