The ESFA has published a guide for employers to help them understand the steps involved in delivering high quality, successful apprenticeships in their businesses. The ESFA says ‘The road to a quality apprenticeship provides links to information that employers can use to help them achieve a quality experience for their apprentices while maximising the benefits for their business’.
