A letter has been sent, on behalf of AELP, to the Apprenticeships and Skills Minister Gillian Keegan claiming that the ESFA provider relief scheme is unlawful in in relation to the DfE’s exclusion of levy funded apprenticeships from the scope of Cabinet Office Covid-19 government contractor protection guidance.
