The ESFA has issued a reminder of the approach to awarding Functional Skills qualifications (FSQs) results and Teacher Assessed Grades (TAGs). Their information says that where possible learners should take FSQ assessments, otherwise TAGs are available. Providers should speak to their awarding organisation for details of their TAG decision-making process.
