Fedcap Employment delivers employability solutions across Britain to help people find sustainable work. Our vision is to advance the social and economic wellbeing of disadvantaged people within our communities.
We deliver Intensive Personalised Employment Support programme on behalf of DWP – a flexible voluntary programme for people aged 18 plus with disabilities. Working with our team of employability and health experts each person gets a tailored support package to meet their needs to help prepare them for work.
