Flexi-Job Apprenticeships have been designed to ensure that those sectors and occupations where short-term contracts or other non-standard employment models are the norm can access the benefits of apprenticeships. ESFA released a register of Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agencies, to help employers overcome structural barriers to making greater use of apprenticeships. They support businesses in all sectors to make a sustainable investment in the skills they need to grow and build a diverse talent pipeline for the future.
