Flexi-Job Apprenticeships Funding for Agencies Announced & Consultation Response Published

by | 0 comments

A new £7 million fund has been announced to fund a small number of agencies that will set up new flexi-job apprenticeships. The flexi-job apprenticeships would allow an apprentice to work across a range of projects and with different employers. Organisations can apply for funding between £100,000 and £1 million to set up new flexi-job apprenticeship agencies. The fund may also support existing apprenticeship training agencies (ATAs) to diversify as flexi-job apprenticeship agencies. Guidance on how to bid for the fund can be read here. The response to the government’s flexi-job apprenticeship consultation has also been published. Some sector comments on the news can be read in this article.
