The government is promoting its Help to Grow: Management course for businesses. The Help to Grow: Management Course supports businesses to build their capabilities in leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing, responsible business, and financial management. It includes both online and face-to-face sessions, alongside peer support and 1:1 mentoring. The programme is 90% subsidised by the government – costing £750 to the business. There is also a Help to Grow: Digital scheme for businesses to access free, impartial online support about how digital technology can boost their business’s performance. Further details about the programme are available here.
