The government has announced the formation of a Hospitality Council, made up of leading experts, businesses and entrepreneurs from the sector to support the delivery of the government’s Hospitality Strategy, which was published in July. The role of the council is to identify and oversee actions related to the 22 commitments in the strategy, create solutions and assess the strength of the sector.
