We have heard via LEP contacts that the Government has made the following statement ‘The Government is committed to developing prestigious Institutes of Technology to deliver the higher-level technical skills that employers need. Please see the attached policy statement and information for potential bidders, which have been cleared by DfE Ministers and include details on how to register interest in the programme’. Three documents were released with the statement namely a policy statement , an EOI Proforma and a FAQs document.
