Labour’s Report of the Commission on the UK’s Future, led by former Prime Minister Gordon Brown, was published this week. Among its wide-ranging recommendations on devolution were consolidating adult education and skills funding streams, improving democratic accountability in LSIPs, and the administrative devolution and expansion of Jobcentre Plus.
