Minimum Standard Intervention Decisions Deferred

It has been reported that the ESFA’s plans to intervene at apprenticeship providers that failed to meet the minimum standards in 2018/19 have been pushed by more than four months, due to the coronavirus pandemic. The ESFA has said the final decision on the need for intervention, as a result of failure of minimum standards, will happen later in the year, but no later than October 2020.
