The Prison Education Programme has issued an “Invitation to Participate” (ITP) for the new Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System (PEDPS), which invites suppliers to apply to join the PEDPS. Prisons will be able to run call off competitions under the PEDPS from early November to enable providers on the PEDPS to bid for work specified by the prison. Providers are encouraged to go to the MoJ sourcing portal and look for PQQ_130.
There will be two formal launch events aimed at potential suppliers on the 25 September at the Osmani Trust in London and the 27 September in HMP Thorn Cross (Cheshire) and suppliers will be able to sign up via the portal link.
