The National Audit Office (NAO) has published a report examining the Kickstart programme, covering the business case for it, implementation of it and the management of two key aspects of Kickstart’s value for money: how well Kickstart has been targetted at the young people most likely to benefit, and the quality and additionality of the jobs and employability support funded.
