Ofqual are carrying out consultation on rules for level 2 and below qualifications. This consultation covers the first groups of qualifications that will be approved for delivery in the new landscape. The aim of this consultation is to provide clarity for awarding organisations regarding regulating qualifications and the rules that must be met. This consultation closes at 11:45pm on 20 March 2023.
Ofqual have also launched their consultation which provides an opportunity for interested groups to comment on how they propose to regulate qualifications supporting the progression to T Levels. The consultation will close 6 April at 11.45pm.
