AI-enabled tools and products are now more widely available in schools and other providers. This means that these technologies are affecting children and learners and the people who care for, educate and support them. Ofsted supports innovation and the use of AI where it improves the education and care of children. Their position on the use of AI is consistent with the National AI Strategy. Ofsted will also follow the Central Digital and Data Office and Office for Artificial Intelligence (OAI) guidance on using AI in the public sector.
