The Office for National Statistics (ONS) has published its latest labour market overview for August 2020, which gives estimates employment, unemployment, economic inactivity and other employment-related statistics for the UK. The figures show a 730,000 drop in workers on payroll from March to July this year. Sector response to the figures can be read here.
