The Prime Minister delivered a speech on 29 September introducing the Lifetime Skills Guarantee. His speech outlines plans to upgradeFE colleges with capital investment, expand apprenticeships, fund free technical courses for adults, equivalent to A levels, extend digital boot camps, make it easier to get a loan for a higher technical course, enable FE colleges to access funding on the same terms as universities and give everyone a flexible lifelong loan entitlement to four years of post-18 education. Education Secretary, Gavin Williamson, has intimated that T levels will be available to adults as part of the lifetime skills guarantee.
