The Centre for Social Justice has released a publication on how to reboot skills training for disadvantaged adults. The paper outlines several major barriers faced by disadvantaged individuals in the context of adult learning. The paper was written before the COVID-19 pandemic and so they acknowledge that some of the analysis will have changed due to the substantially different economic climate we are now in.
