PricewaterhouseCoopers has published a report, commissioned by the government, on the harms and opportunities associated with digital technologies. This report identifies the distinctive characteristics and business models associated with digital technologies, and the harms associated with those characteristics. Based on this, the report also offers some initial reflections on how digital technologies can be governed and regulated in a targeted, effective and coherent way.
