Report Reveals Young People’s Anxiety for Future Employment Prospects

A research report by The Prince’s Trust and YouGov which surveyed 1022 16 to 25 year olds, has revealed that 43% of these young people feel their anxiety levels have increased as a result of the crisis, with 32% saying they are overwhelmed by feelings of panic and anxiety on a daily basis. It also states that more than one in four of those surveyed feel that their future career prospects have already been damaged by the crisis and 49% worry it will be harder than ever to get a job.
