The Joseph Rowntree Foundation has published a report exploring how to shape an economic recovery that reduces poverty. The report recommends increasing investment in basic, digital and vocational skills and improving productivity in low-wage, low-productivity businesses by improving the quality of work, boosting in-work training and enhancing management practices.
