The DWP’s new £2.9 billion Restart scheme, due to launch in Summer 2021, is due to support over 1 million Universal Credit customers towards employment. In order to support collaboration and help understand the scope of the service, the DWP is making the commercial tender documentation including the specification, draft contract terms and conditions and other competition details available to all organisations operating in the market, interested parties and key stakeholders. The documents can be accessed by logging into Jaggaer, accessing File Sharing > Files > Files Directories and clicking on the ‘Restart Virtual Data Room’. The documents will be for information only and they will not be answering questions on them.
