Second Highest Ever Number of University or College applications by UK 18-year-olds

New UCAS data has shown that the number of UK 18-year-olds applying to an undergraduate course this year is the second highest on record. Also almost half of all UCAS users have expressed an interest in apprenticeship opportunities. UCAS Chief Executive Clare Marchant said: “Demand from UK 18-year-olds is the second highest on record, a testament to the continuing attraction of undergraduate study.
