Many in the FE sector are urging the government to bring forward the recently announced policy change around free level 3 qualifications for adults so it can be rolled out sooner. The change states that from April 2022 any adult in England who earns below the national living wage will be able to access level 3 courses for free, regardless of their prior qualification level.
