The Security Industry Authority has set up a fund to distribute money recovered through proceeds of crime confiscation orders. A grants committee decides how the money is allocated and the committee is comprised of SIA staff and representatives from the private security industry. You can apply for a grant if both of the following apply to you:
- you are a registered charity or a community interest company
- you can clearly demonstrate the positive impact of the grant on the UK private security industry as a whole and/or those currently or intending to work within it
