The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) has launched a new support programme for individuals who have become senior managers in the FE and training sector in the last 18 months. The ‘New to Senior Leadership’ programme will clarify the expectations of the role and develop individuals’ skills, knowledge and behaviours. It will address themes including relationship management, strategic decision making, negotiation and corporate responsibility.
