The Sussex Learning Network (SLN) has launched two new Emergency Learning at Home Funds. The Emergency Learning at Home Educational Provider Fund, is aimed at schools, sixth form colleges, FE training providers and universities, and aims to provide emergency equipment, resources and services to support the education, learning and provision of IAG to vulnerable and/or disadvantaged young people (and their families) in Sussex during the April to July 2020 period. The application form can be accessed here. The Emergency Learning at Home Outreach Fund, is aimed at community organisations, who are supporting families or individuals struggling to engage with educational activities at home during the pandemic. The application form can be accessed here. Both funds offer up to £25,000 per project to help organisations develop innovative approaches to addressing ‘learning at home’ outreach needs. Grants will be awarded on a rolling basis for projects taking place between April and July 2020 and the fund will close at the end of July 2020, or when all resources have been committed.
