The ESFA has updated its subcontracting funding rules for post-16 ESFA funded provision for AEB, ESF and 16 to 19 funding. The 16 to 19 annex of the rules has been updated and further clarifications have been added related to the T Level Industry Placement Employer Incentive Payments.
