Survey Finds Change in Working Patterns Can Lead to Increased Employee Mental Health Issues

A survey of employees and managers has found that many employees feel their mental health and wellbeing had suffered as a result of working longer hours, remotely during lockdown. The survey found a major cause of burnout for many employees was a perceived lack of control and autonomy in the workplace.
