West Sussex County Council (WSCC) is inviting applications from organisations wishing to deliver activity as part of the government’s UK Community Renewal Fund. This fund, to help local areas prepare for the introduction of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in 2022, is providing £220 million across the UK in 2021/22.  Funded projects must deliver activity that is in line with the UK Community Renewal Fund Prospectus and aligned with at least one of the investment priorities of investment in skills, for local business, in communities and place or supporting people into employment. Details of the UK Community Renewal Fund programme, the two-stage process for applications, and how to submit applications are available on the WSCC website.  An ‘intention to apply’ email must be sent by 30 April, with completed applications submitted by 14 May 2021.
