The Department of Health and Social Care has announced the inaugural meeting of the UK Menopause Taskforce. This has been established to ensure coordination across the UK in terms of raising awareness of the menopause and improving care and support. The objectives of the taskforce include working closely with external stakeholders and increasing understanding of and encouraging open conversations about the menopause among the general public and in workplaces.
