The DfE has updated its FE operational guidance for FE and skills providers on what to do during the COVID-19 outbreak to maintain provision, by updating the guidance in line with the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) announcement about confirmatory PCR tests and clarifying that students can return to college after day 7 if they’ve had 2 negative Lateral Flow Device tests. It has also updated its Higher Education operational guidance for HE providers in relation to this.
