Working from Home Under Lockdown Research Report

A research report, funded by the Economic and Social Research Council, has been published which examines how enforced working from home in the UK is changing how people want to work in the future and how organisations respond. The report finds that 88.5% of employees felt that they had got more work done or as much done as in the office, 73% of workers would prefer to work from home some of the time and that 82% missed the informal contact with their colleagues that the pressure of working from home has squeezed.
