Brighton and Hove City Council has launched a consultation into how residents can get more involved in decision making in the city. Councillors recently voted to change to a Cabinet model from a Committee System to carry out its business and this presents an opportunity to refresh how residents engage with the council. Through this consultation, they’d like to know what residents, communities and organisations think is the best way to ensure their view on issues that matter to them are heard. The feedback will shape how they engage with their communities to ensure that they are a listening council. Click here for more.
