The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) is seeking to appoint a voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) or youth sector organisation to manage the delivery of the Youth Investment Fund Capital (YIF Capital), up to £30 million capital funding for youth provision in England.
